Four Phase Methodology
Lyatiss CloudWeaver is a model-driven approach based on the Dynamic Virtual Infrastructure paradigm. The first thing that application administrators need to do is to compose an execution environment for their application. Then, they need to specify the utilization and performance constraints of the infrastructure and they can build multiple exploration scenarios that are automatically translated in a portable model. After launching all the scenarios, users can navigate through the performance and footprint data to analyze the execution details and pick the virtual infrastructure that best fits the application requirements.
Design
After the infrastructure and application catalog discovery phase, simply compose a personalized virtual environment by selecting and interconnecting virtual resources and configuring apps in a drag & drop mode.
Run
Automatically deploy and execute customized exploration scenarios in the hosting infrastructure, monitor the resources and measure quality of service and footprint.
Analyze
Process performance and infrastructure data and gain insight into the application behavior and resource costs.
Report
Provide recommendations on “best-fit” specifications of the environment fulfilling application and business constraints.
